So as a clinical point of view, i only tested a pen like device
1733510589297.png

One like this, for a really bad contractured neck shoulder and back pain (probably caused by some kinky action HAHAHAHAHA)

Afer some massage, relaxing music, the chiroplractor used that on me, the feeling was tingly and a littl pinching like pain. It activated the muscles and felt the contraction, few minutes later i was releaved as hell. Having your movility back is one of the best sensations on the world

Also im a "give massage" person so i love being caresed by experienced hands.

I think this particular model (or so ir read somewhere) uses the operator as the negative pole, but im notsure, since current travels from one arm to the other..... i mean.. if a healt proffesional uses it, it cant me harmfull.
I m probably wrong, but i don tknow

Hi all, I've a lot of estim devices like 2B or others. Really love them especially with the option of remote control for online play. That's a lot of fun and can be really intense. But it's mostly hard to find somebody to play with so if anybody is up to just hit me up 🥰

@Ballerina Boi got anything to add?
I'm afraid I don't have much experience with the newer TENS power units. I've been doing electro play since I was 14 and I'm nearly 70 now.

What I do have experience with is low voltage, Direct Current stimulation. DISCLAIMER; Do not do this unless you really know what you're doing!

I took a radio shack variable 0 to 12 volt power supply and connected it to a bipolar buttplug-electrode then connected an electrode inside a condom with the wire going to one lead of the buttplug. The thing about using DC current is that it causes the muscles in the rectum to contract and squeeze the buttplug. (and cause the penis to swell)
(It feels as if the buttplug is getting bigger.)
This also stimulates the prostate and triggers an involuntary ejaculation. No, its NOT an orgasm! An orgasm is a pleasurable reaction to pleasurable stimulation. What I did was experience a reflexive ejaculation to an electrical stimulation.
More on this in the future.

I have a medical TENS unit for my back issues. Its rechargable. It has numerous settings & strength levels. It can support use @ two different locations (2 pads each for total of 4 pads). I have added a nipple attachment. Works great. I have various size pads (they came with the unit). I have a cardiologist & have asked numerous questions regarding normal & kink use. The only warning was NOT to put it on the front & back of the heart. I have penis straps (wrap around the shaft). Works great.

Always start on the lowest setting & gradually increase from there. Only use accessories made for my unit. I would only trust medical grade units.

When considering a TENS device I'd recommend a "Tens 7000" available on amazon for roughly $35.00 Some vendors throw in a sheet of sticky pad electrodes. What sets this device apart is while most TENS devices have an output of 80 Ma, the TENS 7000 output is 100 Ma.

@podockal , the only issue with most nipple electrodes/clamps is they are monopolar and send electric current across the chest and through the heart.

There are bipolar electrode clips which send current only through the nipple. Unfortunately they tend to be hard to find and can be expensive.:(

its NOT subcutaneous ... the only issue would be if you place one ontop of the chest over the heart & one on the back under the heart ... then the current could pass thru the heart which IS NOT recommended ... I have spoken to my cardiologist about TENS use both medically & sexually ... only direction I received was NOT front to back
