Overall: This patient has medium/large breasts that are asymmetrical but well formed with moderate drooping as shown. Very large but moderately defined areola with medium extending nipples present ample opportunities for suction and clamping.
Front on the asymmetry is quite noticeable, the areola are approx 40+mm dia with some extension of the nipples.
Lift tests: The nice sag of the tits is apparent in the lift test with a good amount of distortion and flex in the breast tissues. The large undersides appear unmarked by previous treatments and have excellent shape.
Examination indicates these breasts would qualify as premium assets for hucow kinks as well as being ideal size and shape for any types of bondage and/or clamping.

Diagnosis: These breast appear in excellent condition and ready for use. Very large areola and nipples appear to be receiving attention and and showing benefit from nipple pumping which should result in a more pronounced extension.
Further tests recommended to establish the maximum extent of nipple stretching and compression using various clamping or clips. Some experiments with breast binding either rope or rubber band are highly recommended to assess bulge and colouring potential. The breasts also require some extended tests and it is recommended the patient submit for the extended breast exam at a later date.

Conclusion: The patients breasts as examined are of good size and shape and are recommended for further study and discussion. The recommended tests would place some stress and discomfort on the breasts but that is considered secondary to the aims of CUM as such are considered worthwhile.

Test 1. Binding of breasts to examine change of colour with time. These breast were bound tightly however due to slippage of the bindings results were somewhat ambiguous. Shape is excellent as they balloon well when tied in this way as can be seen the images. The asymmetry is accentuated by the binding and the movement of the bands.

Test 2. Compression test. The breasts are compressed flat in both vertical and horizontal directions demonstrating good tissue density. Compression is visually very similar in both directions, this test was completed well with good results on both breasts.

Test 3. Bar breast pressing. This is to gauge extended compression effects. The effect is very pleasing as it shows the malleable form of these large breast and how well they respond.

Diagnosis and conclusion. The subject performed the tests correctly and demonstrated the suitability of these breasts. They respond well to all kinds of clamping and binding and produce visually pleasing results when these kind of torments are applied.
I recommend regular attention of the kinds described to keep them in shape and to maximize their usefulness.

Kink Talk is proud to announce the opening of our new Department of Clinically Unethical Medicine, or CUM.

CUM will offer a range of medical services initially for anatomical females but we will be expanding services to include males as soon as we have recruited doctors specialising in that field. Please note, this is not intended to be gender biased in any way it is simply that the specialty of male or female anatomy and genitalia is required for examination purposes.

Over the next few weeks we will be recruiting doctors who will hopefully fill all the specialist positions. No experience required as we will train you and provide examination guides, there will also be regular student sessions where interesting patients will be discussed in a chat room scenario.

For patients interested in using our services we are offering the following services, as mentioned these initial services are for anatomical females only.

1. Breast examination.
2. External vaginal examination.
3. Internal vaginal examination.
4. Anal examination.
5. Full examination.

For each examination type the patient will be supplied with a detailed self examination procedure and be required to document it with photos. The photos will be examined by your preferred doctor and a full report supplied back to you. Doctors may prescribe follow up examinations or treatment tasks as deemed necessary.
In keeping with the high standards required by CUM you can select from the following three bedside manner types.

1. Cold professional medical only language - CP
2. Friendly doctor with minimal medical speak - FD
3. Pervert doctor using humiliating language - PD

To utilise CUM services you must be willing to supply the required photos for examination and for best results have a speculum or be able to improvise with a DIY substitute. Participation in student group discussions is optional and those requiring a fully private examination should indicate this when making an appointment.

Applications to become a CUM clinic doctor can be submitted in this thread or pm me direct. We will be appointing a Medical Registrar (position vacant) who will handle applications and appointments once instated.

Test 1. Binding of tits to examine change of colour with time. These massive udders were bound well however due to their enormous size exhibit little change over the 20 minute test period. Shape is excellent as they balloon well when tied in this way. Refer to images r5-r15.

Test 2. Compression test. The huge jugs get squashed flat in both vertical and horizontal directions demonstrating just how soft and pillowy they really are. Note there is slightly more compression in the horizontal than vertical, tit meat is obviously very squishy and suitable for all kinds of mauling and abuse.

Overall: Examination of this cunt shows generally good tone and features, relatively tight and only partly exposed when relaxed this is slutty cunt with potential.
No gape is present when relaxed in the squat position, cunt measures approx 55mm from perineum to clit hood and averages 25mm between labia majora, when help slightly open.

Diagnosis: This cunt shows no obvious problems or lesions. The large flaps would be well served with the application of various clip or clamps and appear to work well has handles to hold the cunt open. The clit is very small requiring the retraction of the hood to expose it for attention. The spread views show signs of some stretching and that this cunt will likely accept further stretching to enhance its usability.

Conclusion: When examined this cunt was very wet as expected on a good slut, likely as a result of being extra horny all the time. Although quite tight this is an extremely good specimen that requires constant attention and use. Recommended activities include, regular dildo or object insertions as well as clamping of the flaps to pull them aside for better display.
A further internal exam is recommended at some point in the near future.

Overall: The ass hole examined is very interesting and shows signs of use and abuse, both good signs for any good slut. With ass cheeks spread this is a perfect ass for all kinds of anal games and presents as inviting anyone and anything wanting to enter.

Diagnosis: While no major issues or problems present, the gape shown in the finger spread inspection is impressive allowing for good internal sighting shows excellent prospects for stretching and any anal activity that may be desired. Some signs of hemorrhoid like lesions are visible on the posterior likely due to obsessive anal play which is to be encouraged further.

Conclusion: One of the better ass holes I have examined, very good stretch to around 3 fingers wide is impressive and a great sign of anal obsession and play habits. The general good shape of ass cheeks and general area from anus to cunt is very well presented and slut worthy. More testing and examination of the ass is recommended especially to test capacity and depth of penetration at some future date.
