I've seen several posts recently about nipple binding methods, here's an easy one that I call the Nipple Noose.
Take about 1m (3') of thin string or twine and fold it in half, wrap it around your left wrist (right if you're left handed) and run the two ends through the loop at the mid point. Now pull the loop up tight onto your wrist. Use you left hand to grip a nipple and pull it outwards as far as you can, really get it stretched out there.
Now using your right hand slide the string around your wrist over your left hand and onto the nipple it is gripping. Pull it tight by pulling back against the "noose" loop until it is nice and snug at the base of the nipple.
Keep holding the nipple with your left hand and use your right to separate the two threads wrap one anticlockwise and the other clockwise once. Now you can release the nipple and use both hands to knot the ends.
CAUTION: This is a very constrictive tie, it will cut off blood circulation so be sure to monitor closely and do not exceed 15 minutes before removing it.
It is also a very secure tie when done correctly and can be used to attach weights, or many other stretching type methods.
Safety first: As already mentioned keep a close eye on the time and never exceed 15 minutes with this type of binding. Always keep sharp scissors on hand so you can cut yourself out if the knots pull too tight to undo.
