I think you are right, it could be rearend grease as she said all pic clues individually also relate to the final answer

Right so there was also the oil, lube maybe?I think you are right, it could be rearend grease as she said all pic clues individually also relate to the final answer
Ahhh so clue one is a 13 letter word not two words! Alright...
Here's a little hint for clue 1 in case anyone is still curious about it: the answer to the first word has been guessed already, though not necessarily in relation to clue 1. Word 2 is staring you in the face, but check your spelling.
Ancient Greece
As I checked, the wrong guesses made for other clues that could fit for the clock picture were grafted, pruning and ancient
and for pic 2, grease is the right spelling for the lubricant, so maybe you were talking about something a little similar in pronunciation
Then I googled and found figging was indeed a form of punishment used to discipline female slaves in Ancient Greece
thanks for the hint, I couldn't have figured this one out without it.
Very nice indeed
Darn, I had even plugged "ancient" in there myself but couldn't think of a word to replace grease, lol...Ancient Greece

Pretty good start, stanza 2 which is the key to the whole thing you have 2 parts of!Very interesting format, too bad I'm not great at riddles lol
My first guesses are that each line contributes to the word within each stanza, but that may not hold true
Stanza 1:
start, re
Stanza 2:
Go
Re, secular
bizarre, curious, queer, strange, peculiar
Stanza 3:
Carbon
Stubborn, determined, rigid
attraction, variety, class
I'm stumped, but I'm also curious if the random capitalization play a role
You're most welcome to jump in anytime @sciencegal, really enjoying your work!Hopefully I'm not stepping on toes by posting the next one.
