Lots of great guesses while I slept. I'm going to catch up and then address the questions.
So using the new layout we have
1. Clock = L O
2. Curled = C R ?
3.
4. Flowchart = F W C ?
5. Convey = C Y ?
6.
1 clue is correct
my first thoughts
1) Clock -co [i feel doc is correct here]
2) Muscle - ms or repeat - rp but each time being able to use only one pic, how to use both together..hmm
3) Comfortable? - foe
4) Hierarchy - hra
5) Parcel - pl
6) Answerable - wle
2 clues are correct
I have a couple of other suggestions
1. Clock L O
2. Curled or Rotate C R or R T
5. Supply S Y
1 clue is correct
Number 2 I keep thinking repeat, result but they don't seem right...
Number 3 has to be something like uncomfortable but thats too many and discomfort isn't enough, lol...
Number 4 reminds me of biol taxonomy charts, maybe taxonomic? That would be T O N a useful collection of letters...
Number 6 really puzzles me, the correct answer to a question is what its saying right?
Seeing your answer made me realize that I made a mistake. There is an extra blank before the final highlighted letter in clue 3. Since this is my error, I will tell you that DISCOMFORT is the correct answer for clue 3. I double checked the other clues and they are all correct. Sorry about that everyone!
To recap, we have 2 clues correctly identified between doc and nina, and doc correctly guessed clue 3. Great work!!
Now onto the questions. The answer is 2 words made up of the 15 letters. Word 1 contains 8 letters and word 2 contains 7 letters.
Unfortunately the images do not relate to the answer. i couldn't find enough images that wouldn't give away the answer immediately.
The phrase "they play off of each other" in relation to the two picture clues 2 and 6 would indicate that neither one or the other is the answer but somehow both combine. In which case my rotate is wrong as only one pic is needed for that.
You are correct, doc. Neither image alone is the answer, but you will need to combine the two in some way to get the answer. Clue 2 is a straightforward combination while clue 6 requires a bit of reasoning to get the answer. For clue 6 doc is on the right track with his latest guess. I will refrain from giving a bigger hint since you are so close to getting it, but if everyone is still struggling a little later I'll provide a hint.
Clue 2 and 6 are clue types I haven't used in past puzzles (both here and gD), hopefully they aren't making you bang your head on the wall too much!
